Since being established in July 2016, Frontier Group Direct has been recognised as one of the leading Sales and Marketing organisations in Australia.

Through our group of dynamic, field-based sales contractors, Frontier Group Direct connects national and international brands with their target market by utilising the power of face-to-face customer acquisition.

 

OUR VALUES

Many companies have values that are both vague and often ignored. Usually a result of someone putting some words on a website that sound good.

MEET THE TEAM

After completing an Honours Degree in Marketing & Innovation, Daryl moved from his hometown in Ireland to Melbourne and began working as a sales contractor in the Direct Marketing industry in 2012. Having established himself as a highly effective business and sales coach, Daryl was provided with numerous opportunities to travel and advance in the industry. After gaining the necessary experience and through the support of his business mentors, Daryl established Frontier Group Direct in 2016. He now runs the company day-to-day while also mentoring all the coaches within the Frontier organisation.

After completing an Honours Degree in Marketing & Innovation, Daryl moved from his hometown in Ireland to Melbourne and began working as a sales contractor in the Direct Marketing industry in 2012. DARYL KENNEDY

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ethan initially grew up in country Victoria where he completed a Bachelor Degree in Communication and Design at Federation University. He moved to Melbourne in search of career opportunities and began contracting with Frontier in February 2018. Being a natural sportsman, Ethan’s competitiveness and discipline allowed him to become an effective sales contractor within a couple of weeks. Fascinated by the amount of new skills he was developing and the personal development opportunities available in the Industry, Ethan decided to take things further by co-ordinating and developing a sales team, which has led him to his advancement to Business Contractor.

ETHAN CURRIE

BUSINESS CONTRACTOR

Having completed a double degree in Marketing & Physical Education, Anna moved over to Melbourne from New Zealand and soon became involved in the Direct Marketing Industry. Initially beginning in entry-level sale, Anna soon became a High Performer and began co-ordinating a sales team of 6-8 people. After spending 18 months working in the sales side of the industry, Anna began working in recruitment and administration and assisted in Frontier being established in July 2016. Since then Anna has become an indispensable part of the company and overseas all matters concerning administration, HR, communication, design and recruitment.

ANNA LIST

HEAD OF SUPPORT

Originally from Galway in Ireland. Tommie completed his degree in biochemistry while working in Hospitality. Once his study was complete Tommie travelled over to Australia with his partner. Keen to give something new a try while living in Melbourne, Tommie began contracting to Frontier Group Direct in September 2018. Tommie’s sporting background, hospitality skills and infectious personality helped him to learn the fundamentals of Direct Sales within a couple of weeks, and soon after he became one of the top sales contractors in Frontier. Despite not being completely sure if he was ready to lead and coach other contractors, Tommie dived right into a leadership role which involved mentoring and developing new contractors in the industry. This has proven to be a rewarding move as Tommie has built an organisation capable of generating over $400,000 in annual revenue. This has led to Tommie being recognised for his hard work and productivity with his advancement to Business Contractor.

TOMMIE RAFTERY

BUSINESS CONTRACTOR

Originally from Malaysia, Veno worked for 8 years as a Professional Accountant. Having become jaded with that industry, Veno moved over to Melbourne with his wife in 2016 and began a new chapter in his career by working with Frontier. Beginning in a completely new field was originally quite challenging for Veno, however this only made him stronger and he soon became a force in both sales and coaching. Naturally caring and supportive of others, Veno has comfortably developed into one of the best mentors within Frontier and co-ordinates one of the highest-performing sales teams in the organisation.
